Leadership

Christian leadership does not begin with a title; it begins with character. This course paints the portrait of the leader God can use, quality by quality.

What is a leader?

The course opens with a simple and demanding definition: a leader is someone who shows the way to follow and is a good example. Someone respected in the community, sociable, who speaks to everyone; someone whose example others follow and whose counsel they accept. We are ambassadors of Christ: always be ready to minister.

The portrait of a leader, quality by quality

The teaching then unfolds the character traits of a leader according to God:

  • An ambitious person: they want to succeed, can "see" success, know they are a winner in Christ, and set goals God gives them the ability to reach
  • A responsible person: they supervise when problems arise, bring solutions, and do not quit under pressure
  • A hardworking person: they do extra work without complaining and follow instructions
  • A submitted person who accepts teaching: they receive counsel easily, are eager to learn, and behave well toward authority
  • A robust person: because leadership requires endurance, both physical and spiritual

The paradox of Christian leadership

You will notice the deliberate tension in the course: the leader is ambitious and submitted, confident and teachable. This is exactly the model of Jesus: full of authority and servant of all. Leadership according to the Kingdom is not a position one claims, but an influence earned by example.

What you will discover in this course

  • The biblical definition of a leader: example before title
  • The character qualities God looks for in a leader
  • How to reconcile holy ambition and submission to authority
  • How to develop these qualities concretely, week after week

"Whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant." — Matthew 20:26

Who is this course for?

For current and future leaders: department leaders, elders, youth leaders, Christian entrepreneurs, and also for every child of God. Everyone influences someone, in their family, work, or surroundings. The character built by this course serves every disciple of Jesus, far beyond titles and functions.
