Life in the Spirit

"Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh" (Galatians 5:16). This course makes concrete what many find abstract: how to live day by day led by the Holy Spirit.

Walking in the Spirit

The course starts from the conflict every believer knows: the flesh and the Spirit oppose each other (Galatians 5:17). To understand this battle, you must understand the human person: a being in three parts (1 Thessalonians 5:23). Your spirit needs to be born again, your soul needs to be renewed, and your body needs to be brought into submission (1 Corinthians 9:27).

The good news: the Holy Spirit is our Helper (John 14:16), and the believer who offers themselves as a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1) discovers that victory over the flesh is not a solitary effort.

Being led by the Holy Spirit

"As many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God" (Romans 8:14). The course details the three main channels of divine guidance: the inner witness (Romans 8:16), the inner voice of the renewed conscience, and the voice of the Holy Spirit Himself (Acts 10:19). Learning to distinguish them prevents many mistakes.

The fruit of the Spirit

The final part walks through the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23), with a rich study of each dimension: love, the very nature of God and the first fruit; joy, which brings strength (Nehemiah 8:10); peace, shalom, which includes health, prosperity, and well-being; patience, which produces endurance; and the others.

What you will discover in this course

  • The tripartite human person: spirit, soul, and body, and the role of each
  • How to overcome the flesh without falling into legalism
  • The three ways the Spirit leads the believer
  • The fruit of the Spirit, dimension by dimension

"If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit." — Galatians 5:25

Who is this course for?

For every believer tired of an up-and-down life. This course shows every child of God the path to a stable Christian life, directed from within by the Spirit of God rather than by circumstances. No previous "spiritual" level or function is required: walking by the Spirit is the normal life of every disciple of Jesus.
