God's will revealed from creation

The starting point of the course is simple and powerful: when Adam and Eve were created, there was neither sin nor sickness on the earth. This reveals God's original will for humanity. The fall allowed sin and sickness to enter the world, and even after the fall, God never stopped healing.

"I am the Lord who heals you"

The course examines the character of God in the Old Testament: "I am the Lord who heals you" (Exodus 15:26). Nowhere in the Bible do we read, "I am the Lord who destroys you." This section carefully answers the classic objections: does God send sickness? Is sickness divine punishment?

Who is the author of sickness?

From Job 2:7, Luke 13:16, and Acts 10:38, the course identifies the real origin of sickness: Jesus "healed all who were oppressed by the devil." Sicknesses are instruments of Satan's bondage, and Jesus came to loose those whom the enemy had bound.
