Evangelism
"The Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost" (Luke 19:10). This course moves evangelism from the realm of guilt to the realm of compassion, and equips you in practical ways to share your faith.
Seeing, going, speaking
The course is built around three simple verbs drawn from Jesus' example.
Seeing (John 4:35): you need a revelation in order to evangelize: about the work to be done, the hour we are in, and the real condition of those without Christ. You also need compassion (Matthew 9:36). The course makes a memorable distinction: sympathy says "I am sorry" and walks away; compassion is moved and does something.
Going (Mark 16:15): many Christians do not go because their spirit is weakened by fear (2 Timothy 1:7) or laziness. The course shows how to strengthen your spirit through the Word, prayer, and worship.
Speaking (Mark 5:19): everyone has a testimony. You will learn to share it briefly, to preach good news rather than threats, and to rely on the Holy Spirit who gives words you would never have thought of (Mark 13:11).

Who is this course for?
For every Christian who wants to share their faith naturally and effectively, without aggression or guilt. Witnessing is not only the work of evangelists: every disciple of Jesus has a testimony to share, and this course equips every child of God to do it. The second year extends this training with courses on missions and church planting.
